Ambrosia’s Chant – Venice Carnival Official Dinner Show
The Carnival Dinner Show 2026 awaits you for an unforgettable experience during the magical nights of the Venice Carnival. The event is scheduled for Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February, and will continue from Fat Thursday, 12 February, until Fat Tuesday, 17 February, the closing day of the Carnival. Dinners always begin at 9:00 PM, offering a unique show and evenings not to be missed.
Ambrosia’s Chant is the Official Dinner Show of the Venice Carnival, guiding you beyond time and space to follow the footsteps of the gods, guardians of eternal desires. From the sacredness of Olympia to the splendor of Venice, everything intertwines in a sequence of valiant challenges, epic trials and noble entertainments, with spectacular live performances.
In the magnificent halls of Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, overlooking the Grand Canal, the Venice Carnival becomes ritual and mystery: amidst elegant temptations, playful irony and creative duels, the night is challenged while sipping ambrosia for an eternal pleasure, made even more intense by the rich and original menu prepared by the expert hands of the chefs of Ristorante Wagner.
Mandatory dress code
Wearing a historical costume is mandatory: evening wear alone, even with a mask, will not grant admission. Special agreements with reduced rates will be available for Carnival Dinner Show guests at selected Venetian costume rental ateliers.
